Platform Terms of Use
Rules governing access to the unified K Agency ecosystem.
Agreement and eligibility
By using K Agency you accept these terms and service-specific terms. You must provide accurate information, protect your account and have legal capacity or appropriate authority.
One platform, distinct transactions
K Properties, K Market, K Logistics, K Affiliate, K Invest & Manage and K Premium share one account, but each transaction retains its own parties, fees, permissions and completion conditions.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, impersonation, unlawful goods, manipulated referrals, abusive reviews, unauthorized access, payment circumvention, harmful uploads and misuse of location or personal data are prohibited.
Verification limitation
Verified status covers only the stated completed procedure. It is not a guarantee, warranty, legal opinion, title guarantee, investment guarantee or promise of future performance.
Payments and records
Payment success is determined server-side. Provider delays may occur. Ledger, reconciliation, refund and dispute records are authoritative subject to correction through auditable adjustments.
Suspension and liability
K Agency may restrict access to protect users, comply with law or investigate risk. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law; statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
