Refund and Cancellation Policy

Transparent cancellation, refund and dispute controls across K Agency services.

Requests

A customer may request cancellation or refund through the relevant transaction or Support. Eligibility depends on service status, disclosed rules, incurred costs, provider status and applicable law.

Logistics

Booking-fee treatment depends on payment verification, matching progress, cancellation party, no-show or service failure. The separately negotiated driver transportation charge is handled according to the accepted arrangement and dispute evidence.

Market and property

Marketplace refunds may be full or partial and must reverse affected vendor, commission, affiliate, inventory and ledger records. Property reservations and service fees follow the disclosed transaction terms and applicable legal process.

Approval and timing

Refund execution requires provider verification, idempotency and maker-checker approval where configured. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank. Every decision and adjustment is auditable.
