Marketplace and Vendor Terms

Commercial, fulfilment, verification and settlement rules for K Market.

Vendor duties

Vendors must maintain accurate identity, inventory, pricing, product, regulatory, warranty and fulfilment information and must not display a verification badge unless assigned by K Agency.

Orders and inventory

Inventory is reserved through governed order events. A frontend confirmation does not prove payment. Multi-vendor orders create vendor-specific fulfilment and settlement records.

Commission and settlement

Applicable commission, fees, settlement period and configuration version are snapshotted per transaction. Vendor funds are not K Agency revenue. Withdrawals remain subject to verification, reserves, disputes and maker-checker controls.

Returns, reviews and enforcement

Returns and refunds follow the applicable disclosed policy and law. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. K Agency may investigate, restrict, remove or suspend unlawful, unsafe or misleading activity.
