Driver and Logistics Partner Terms

Operating rules for K Logistics drivers and vehicle partners.

Eligibility

Drivers must maintain required identity, licence, vehicle, insurance and service-zone evidence. Verified status is scope-specific and may expire or be suspended.

Booking fee and transport charge

The customer pays K Agency's configured vehicle booking fee. The driver separately assesses the goods and proposes a transportation charge. That negotiated charge is not automatically K Agency revenue.

Safety and location

Drivers must obey applicable transport and safety law, protect customer information and share location only as authorized. The platform must label periodic updates accurately rather than falsely claiming continuous live tracking.

Delivery evidence

Pickup and completion require authorized events such as codes, signatures, photos, timestamps or recipient confirmation. Fraudulent status changes or off-platform manipulation may result in suspension.
